Sorry for the late response - I didn't see your question until today!
This photo was taken in Selma, AL - one of the churches in the downtown area. The cross is sort of hidden between buildings, on top of a lower roof line than the main buildings. I was walking down the street and looked up - the photo is very similar (if not identical) to my first sighting of the cross.
It is a lovely photo.
That photo looking up really focusses attention on the cross. Excellent work!

Al I think there's a message there: as darkness closes in, just look up and focus on the cross! :)
