Batbarian you find miles upon miles on the mountains of california. It is an amazing site.The troubling thing is they are not running, instead California buys its power from Canada. What a waste!

Great picture! I think we have some of these out at the Pawnee Grasslands here in Colorado. Or maybe they are power lines, I can't remember. All I know is that they stick out like a sore thumb out there in the middle of nowhere lol. Thanks for sharing this pic, I agree, I like the blue sky.
I saw a bunch of these in the mountains in West Virginia so I asked a local about them. He told me they didn't benefit the people of West Virgina that all the power generated by them went to Texas. :thinking: Go figure.
