Near Council Bluffs, IA.   Apparently, a new chain, with about four locations in scattered cities.   I hope it succeeds; the pork tenderloin sandwich was near-perfect.

There is a diner in LA under the 5 freeway that loks like this one.  The food there is superb as well.
