Pretty cool, Marilyn.  And you have a ring side seat for all these events.  One of these daze you will be able to look back and say ... That was then, this is now, and you'll be in a really special new place of your own.

Watching this whole process would have me nervous.

Those are great shots, Marilyn, but I must admit that it does seem like an awful waste to burn down houses like that.  Hopefully, they know what they're doing.

It seems such a shame and such a waste to just burn those houses.  They don't appear to be in that bad a condition.  Here, they would move them and set them on different lots.  Great photos, though! 

Here in Nashville the houses that are to be set on fire are used as practice spots for firemen.

Looks like they had plenty to work with. Great photos.

Awesome photos!

As of Monday night it was still smoldering. I didn't notice it smoldering yesterday though.

Makes me wonder why they were burning houses that could be used for the poorer community.  hrmm..  great shots!
