I was out mowing the lawn today and spotted these guys just screaming to have their pictures taken.  Taken in ambient light from the window

Thanks!  I think I'm down to about 14 after the winterkill.

Too bad you lost some to winter kill.  You had it rough this last winter.  Did you wrap them?

Your roses are wonderful.  Way to go We love seeing them.

Thanks, Kevin.  Getting the right balance with a flash (for me) is painful.  I can never seem to get them to come out with an real dimension and character.  I'll have to work more with off-camera flash & such.
