HYE spent days without power

Yes, in the winter during a snowstorm, with four kids.  We cooked in the fireplace, played games and did a lot of reading.  It was fun, really.

Have you ever helped deliver a baby? (Not your own! .........unless you are a guy!)

Nope  ... My sister-in-law almost got to deliver my youngest daughter, tho!  Really a close call.   

HYE taken a taxi to school because you missed the school bus

Hardly!!  There weren't any taxis six miles out in the country where I lived!

Have you ever ridden a horse to school?  Or a little Ford tractor?  (I have done both!)

Nope

  That was when I was a senior in high school ... we lived about 8 miles from the school, but I really wanted to get there! 



HYE fallen asleep in church

No, but I've  had heavy eyelids.   I think only once or twice.

HYE sneezed while in the middle of a drink?

yes and blew water out my nose.

HYE woke yourself up snoring

yes ...     

HYE read something and not remembered a word of it?

Yes, and sometimes I read it more than once, too!

Have you ever had a dream or vision from the Lord?

YES! It was an awesome experience. A Dream.

HYE heard the voice of the Lord audibly.

close ... I was alone so not able to "prove" it.

HYE seen or experienced a miracle

Yes Healings


HYE felt like your were going nuts.

Duh .... I just go nuts without feeling ...         

HYE left an important message at a wrong telephone number

Not knowingly....but have received many.

HYE stayed up all night.....just because......

Oh yes

Hye called someone and forgot who.

yes, I have.  A terrible feeling too.

HYE saw someone you know, ran up behind them just to be funny, grabbed their arm, and found it was a stranger?

Yes and it sure was embarrassing.

HYE Backed into another car int he church parking lot.

Oh, my no but that would be embarrassing. 


HYE gone to the supermarket for only a few items and then found you didn't have enough money to pay for what's in the shopping cart?

Yes, and that's embarrassing too!   

HYE mailed payment checks to the wrong place

HAHAHAHA!  Now I AM laughing.  I just recently changed from cable to satellite to cut down on my costs and I mailed my first satellite payment to the cable company!  LOL


Have you had your door fly open going around a corner?

Yes ...    Pretty scary!

HYE told a story and forgotten the punch line

Oh, me?  Oh, ya mean have I ever drawn blanks.  Yes, I in fact take it a step further & tell people that I'm an artist, I draw blanks_______.  Then I tell them, all that I need is the money for it, $100.00 please.  A 100 dollars for my squigley mark, thank you very much.  Even more amazing is that people buy that kind of stuff.  LOL  Hey, you can get that from a child & not even have to pay them a hundred bucks.



HYE:  Turned something someone said into a joke?

yes

HYE tuned someone out and missed something important that was said.

Uhhhh....You spoke?      Oh, yeah, and then was too embarrassed to admit it and ask to have it repeated.   

HYE delayed going to the store until you were absolutely forced to by an empty refrigerator

Yes

HYE been so broke you had to ask some charity for food for your children.

No, never did that. 


HYE had a heel come of your shoes just before a very important engagement?

Oh dear - no not that., BUT - remember when we wore crinolines?  well, one time when wearing one, I climbed into a city bus, and my heel got caught in the mesh of the crinoline, and I had to step out of the crinoline....in front of all those people...pick it up, and still get on the bus!
Talk about one of life's most embarrassing moments!

HYE flet like  life wasn't worth living. but found out it was.

Yes ... that was long ago and far away (it seems) and I'm glad I found out otherwise!
