Marilyn - thats terrible what they did to your shed. Did they damage your appliances?  I sure hope not!

I hope you can make them pay!

Tell 'em you don't want them to pay for the appliances, just to build you a new house!

No damage to appliances they were supposed to make sure it was all covered before the left. Notice I said Supposed to. Ha they did nothing about it.

Looks like the beginning of an Extreme Makeover-Home Edition.  I bet you wish!!  The things people do for progress!

Hope they let you get out before The Claw gets you!

It looks like you have a great deal of damage, My suggestion is get a lot of photographs and hopefully you have some before the damage and get a lawyer. They have already reneged on a verbal agreement with you which makes me think they are not trustworthy. If I were you I would find some legal help. There's a possibility that the structural damage to your building is so significant that it will have to be torn down and replaced and they may not be willing to do that without litigation. 

Marilyn, it makes me want to cry  seeing tress taken down!  But remember, I live in SW Kansas where it takes many years to grow a tree.

How much longer are they giving you before you have to be out of the trailer?

(Logar, Marily only rents there, she doesn't own the shed.  Not to say they shouldn't have been more careful, and covered her appliances before they left.)

I would be afraid to leave home in-case there was nothing to return to.

Have you ever noticed that almost any kind of "progress" first causes a big MESS?

Marilyn, I forget.  Why are they doing this?  Are they going to put in houses?  Why?

The 5 acres behind me was sold and they are supposed to be building 25 houses there. My landlord has been planning for a long to to build on this property possibley 3 rental houses, he said he may sell the 2  two bedrooms to because of the high interest he is paying.  He might be building more thatn that. I had heard 8 houses. I knew before I moved up here that was his plan and I would only be here a short time. It got postponed last year so I got another year here now that years is almost up.

Oh,wow.  Marilyn, it seems there's work going on all around you.  Praying the Lord show you a good place for you and your companions soon.

All this construction sure has the dirt flying around here and my car is dirty  most of the time. 

I still say you should ask them to build one of the houses for you - at your present rent.

i guess on the positive side, your view of nature gets more unobstructed by the day...

lol, just kidding I hope all is well I dont know you all yet, but I'll pray that God takes care of the situation... He will...
