Don: Hey Judy, It's been a long time. Hope you are doing well. 2024-12-02, 22:41:41

JennyW: Hello Everyone! Just checking in to see if anyone wants to get this group going again! Hope all is well where ever you live! 2024-08-14, 08:21:59

Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: My husband Don is with the angels.....Our family was able to hold  ourselves together for the last moments.  Juar rhoufhr you might want to know. 2022-04-29, 23:35:15

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

The wild west town of Tombstone, Arizona, "The Town Too Tough to Die," and it won't as long at the tourists bring in their dollars! Tombstone became famous when prospector Ed Schieffelin discovered silver in the nearby hills in 1877. It further made a claim to fame when a certain gunfight broke out at the O.K. Corral involving Wyatt Earp and a dentist turned gunslinger named John Henry "Doc" Holliday.

You didn't show us a picture of boot hill, someone said it was the dead center of town.

I'm not sure if that's a play on words but its pretty good! Actually, Boothill graveyard sits on the outskirts of town and I have been there many times, just not on this trip.

I'm next door in California so I am in Arizona a couple of times a year.

Though why you'd want to be I'm not sure.  ;D  I went once when I was 10 years old.  It was 110 degrees IN THE SHADE!!!  My dad grew up in Arizona and had 3 sisters that lived there too...guess where all three of the girls have moved now...up here in Oregon.  :)

I love that last picture.  Kind of makes you think they are wondering if you are breaking any laws and maybe they should lock you up.

I try to go in the spring and in the fall/winter for obvious reasons, but the benefit of traveling during the summer to Arizona (and enduring the heat) is the monsoon season and those incredible cloud formations.

Yeah, but you could come up to Oregon and avoid scorpions, heat, and other nasty things altogether!  :)  Ok, incredible cloud formations ARE awfully nice.  Fine, I will admit you aren't completely insane with wanting to go to Arizona (no offense to any Arizonians...I have a VERY good friend there and even contemplated moving there but anything over 72 and I start worrying it will get hot...hit 85 and I get grumpy and want it to rain.).

Actually, I have been planning a trip to Oregon for sometime (I have been to Portland twice and I love it!) because a good friend of mine from my church moved to Grants Pass last year and I promised to visit him soon. Also, I would love to photograph the Oregon Coast.

well, let me know...maybe I can meet up with you.  If you are here when my husband can watch the kiddos I'll be able to spend enough time to do a photo excursion with you.  :)
