That far boat is a canal boat as well?  Why the curtains, do people live on it?

Yes, that's what they're for, people live on them, most of these though are holiday craft for hire, its sup-posed to be good having a canal holiday.

If there is somewhere to travel to that would be great!

The canal system in Britain is very extensive, this is the Leeds Liverpool canal, about 110 miles long, which goes through part of the Yorkshire dales. Then there are the canals down through the midlands and Cheshire has some attractive canals, take years to explore them all.

Wow that would be a great way to travel.  Is there a docking charge?

It is, it is, it is, if there are berthing charges, it is only cheap. I'll put another shot in.

Have you ever traveled that way around the country?

No, but I can well see you having one, I've got your mouth watering for this, that's got your attention.

I would love to vacation that way...I guess the renting is expensive. Nice to dream though!

More than I'd care to spend, that's for sure.     But it would certainly be an interesting way to travel.

Jeanne I have a love of the water.  That is why I would love this kind of trip.  Got to say as well that I have a longing to go back to England as well.
