Don: Hey Judy, It's been a long time. Hope you are doing well. 2024-12-02, 22:41:41

JennyW: Hello Everyone! Just checking in to see if anyone wants to get this group going again! Hope all is well where ever you live! 2024-08-14, 08:21:59

Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: My husband Don is with the angels.....Our family was able to hold  ourselves together for the last moments.  Juar rhoufhr you might want to know. 2022-04-29, 23:35:15

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

JennyW: Autumn is shaping up to be quite beautiful this year! 2021-10-02, 12:24:03

I like the way some of the light has illuminated the land, I would have liked the car to have been closer just enough for it to be prominent without overpowering the scene, but there is a lovely sense of recession, given by the telegraph poles.

Thanks!
here's another one taken shortly after:

Hey, I hope you wern't driving and leaning out the window at the same time, looks like it though, you can just see the movement in the tyres. You know I love sunsets reflected off polished surfaces, and the flare from the sun gives the picture life and counterbalances the side of the car. Wait till Scotty Boy sees your shots.

jonathanlundy

*whispers* Don't tell anyone...but I was hangin out the window alittle bit!*whispers*

Yes I like them both.  You are in North America for these shots?  If so you weren't driving.  If you were in Britian, you probably were!   Now we will leave everyone guessing!

ScottyBoy

Don't they drive on the left side of the road in Britain? And, I wouldn't expect to see many Ford Rangers there, ether.  ;D

Haha. Lets just say there are some rural areas in the US where traffic laws are rarely enforced
...where one can drive a semi-truck loaded with 80,000lbs (or more) of grain without a liscense...
...where its ok to drive around in the middle of the street on snowmobiles before the roads are plowed...
...where its no big deal driving your atvs to the grocery store...
...and where the the only law enforcement officer rarely wears his uniform and only gives you warnings for parking your tracker on the government center's lawn...
;) ;)

You know I live in England and never thought you were driving down the wrong side of the road like we do in this country. And thats another thought, you must have long arms to reach the steering wheel as it would be on the left hand side of the vehicle, and hang out the the right hand side window with the camera, this gets more amazing by each comment.

jonathanlundy

haha...ok...I finally went and re-read all of this conversation and realized I misread!
I didn't see the part where you thought *I* was driving.! lol

So...clarification...My brother was driving (in the left hand seat), while I (the stunt man/photographer) was hanging out the window!
No I was not leaning outanddriving!

...but if it were physically possible to lean out the right hand window of a left side drivin vehicle...i'd be they type of nut to try it!

Sorry for the confusion! My fault!

Jonathan you are too funny!!!  Your photoraphy is awesome though.

We don't have those areas of lax policing I don't think here in Canada.... perhaps our town is the closest, us locals can speed, the local OPP oficers are a little easier on the local population when they can be.
