Hi all, just joined this site after seeing a link on another website. My name is Robert, 33yo and based in the UK. I am married to Claire and we have one son, Callum, who is 3 years old. I have been usinga digital camera now for a year (started on a Canon Powershot A70 but quickly moved to a Fuji S7000) after a number of years using a 35mm SLR.

My main photographic love is landscape... Makes you stop and look at the beauty in the world. I find myself looking around even when driving (but not so that I am a danger ;-)) and seieng photographic scenes everywhere!

What part of the UK are you in.  I'm hoping that we'll have a Member Map installed on our website soon and then we'll be able to see where all of our friends are.

Glad Pat is going to have a "Member Map"!  - I can remember suggesting we do that some time ago.  I love the name "Member Map"...cool!!

thanks All. I live in Newcastle upon Tyne so have beautiful scenary all around - Northumberland, Scottish Borders, Coastline - bring on spring and I will be out there!!!!
