Hi Don,
I stumbled on your site while trying to search for photographic clubs who still use film namely sheet film, 4x5 & 8x10 although I still use a 6x7 roll film camera, but recently I have had the enormous satisfaction of using a large mono rail 8x10 view camera but nobody to share the fun experiences with, is there anyone in the Christian Photographers Community that is a passionate user of this type of film camera? Here in Western Australia I must be only one of may be three users and possibility One of ten in the whole of Australia. There is only one transparency film developing lab in the state of Western Australia for how much longer I don't know. It seems to be a valley of dry bones when it comes to 8x10 large format photography in this country.
I'm of the understanding that this format still has a strong following in the US dare I say there would be 500 to 1000 users and many labs still going strong.
Any way I been a saved Christian since 1982 and wouldn't have it any other way.

Hi Patrick!

It's lovely to have you here and a big to our site.  I stopped using film away back in the 1990's and haven't a clue now where you can get it at all.  But we'll see if anyone comes in here that can let you know.

I'm afraid you may find that your camera may soon be a historical artifact.     Just recently it was announced that Kodak has closed all but one of their slide/transparency processing centers here in the USA.  With the ease of digital and the reduction in cost of digital cameras over the last few years, fewer and fewer people are using film.

It's great to see you here.  Here in Japan, perhaps in Tokyo, someone might be able to find a large format club and some info, but the town I live in wouldn't provide much, I'm sorry to say.

You might not find exactly what you've come for, but you will find good friends and good fellowship here.  So WELCOME!
