We have a grand dog and we keep her when our daughter is out of town.

Is she ever gorgeous.  My favourite breed.  I have two that I use for breeding purposes.  Grandma is my constant companion.  Aren't they little lovers?

She is, indeed, a little lover.  I got her from a pound about 200 miles south of here.  She was due to be shot the next day (that's how they were "disposing" of them back then... until the media got wind of it).  She had heart worm, hook worm, round worm, whip worm, fleas, ticks, mites and her coat was so long and tangled they didn't even know what breed she was "WHEN THE OWNER BROUGHT HER IN".  When they told me that, I asked if they horse-whipped the owner before he ran off like the coward he is.  They just laughed.     The vet didn't give her much of a chance but, that was 7 years ago and she's just fine.  Deaf as a post, but just fine.    And, not spoiled. 

Yea right "not spoilled"  Sure she isn't!!

My gal sure is.  Precious too so are my to breeders.  I am in the hunt for a red make.  Rather hard to find it seems.

Our daughter's dog, Allie, is a pound puppy.  She was so abused and ill tempered they would not show her to our daughter.  But, she wanted a small dog, so they took her to see Allie.  Allie is wonderful.  She is so good and she loves our grandson, it is almost like he is her puppy.  As a matter of fact, Allie loves babies and will tolerate anyone who is holding a baby.  It gets really funny.
