Good verse for a beautiful picture. Way to go.
thanks judy. :)
Do you know the scripture you've chosen here, occurs four times in scripture, psalm 103: 12-18. & Psalm 104: 28-30. in which Pentecost is being prophesied and Jesus ministry, in that His presence in Israel brought much blessing, healing miracles, feeding of the multitudes, and then in his arrest and crucifixion, He in a sense hid His face, marred more than any man's, the apostles became as dead men, then Pentecost came, the apostles were created, new creation, and the face of the earth, began to be renewed by the preaching of the gospel, and the Spirit that was sent with the gospel. The other instance of this verse I think is somewhere in Acts, its a direct quote from Isaiah. Can't be bothered looking it up, but its there somewhere. Not just dust, not just grass, not just the flower of the field, and they were more well adorned than Solomon. But renewed, re-created not just by God's mercy, but by the renewing of the Spirit. Hallelujah. thanks for that one, nice one.
Thank you for a lovely flower to go with a verse that I seem to have just now needed.
