Don: Hey Judy, It's been a long time. Hope you are doing well. 2024-12-02, 22:41:41

JennyW: Hello Everyone! Just checking in to see if anyone wants to get this group going again! Hope all is well where ever you live! 2024-08-14, 08:21:59

Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

I woke up Sunday Morning and immediately knew something wasn't right. I called my wife to the bedroom and she saw that I was light headed and my heart was pounded through my chest. She called 911 and an Ambulance came to pick me up.
By the time I got to the emergency room and hooked up to a monitor my heartbeat was 180 beats per minute. They immediately started to give me IV fluids. After a couple bags 0f the fluids my hear beat was down to 60 beats a minute. We had gone to the mountains over the weekend with my Brother-in and Sister-in-law. I just didn't drink much water or fluids at all. I didn't know they could have that much impact on your heart. I spent the night in the hospital and they did a Stress Test. I was told how bad the Test where you have to lay down was. But it wasn't hard at all. I got a clean bill of health. My heart is in great shape. I had been putting the Heart exam off because I thought the Stress test was going to be hard. So I got a blessing out of this in getting to find out that my heart is in good shape. I did have a little anxiety up front. God is Good and will bring you through the toughest of situations.

Steve, I'm so glad to know that you came through with flying colors and that your heart is fine! Praise God!!!

I found out myself, several years ago, that getting dehydrated can affect your heart and your blood pressure - they had to give me 2 quarts of IV fluids in the ER.  So now I'm very, very careful to make sure I drink plenty of water.  ;)

Glad you are OK Steve.  Keep on drinking, this was a warning for you !

Steve, I'm so sorry you had a bad day but so thankful all is well now.

Thanks, too, for the reminder that we must drink more water!  I've got 30 bottles in my freezer to put in my cooler for our trip that we leave on tomorrow morning for Oregon.

God's richest blessings, Steve.  :)
