Let's all leave messages here for our Mi...

My dear Mieka...

Tears are flowing.  I hate saying "Goodbye" so I'm not going to.  I will say, TTFN (Ta Ta For Now) or Till We Meet again, sweet Mieka!

I love you as if you were my own daughter and you are my new daughter in the Lord and I want you to always consider me "Mum".

Dear Mi, I pray that during the past weeks and months that you have indeed hidden God's Word in your heart.  Even though you might not have God's Word in writing in front of you to read wherever you are, you will always have it in your heart.  Please call on the  Lord to bring to your memory all of the verses that you have learned.

Remember, Mieka that there is a small band of people here that will be praying for you daily.

We love you so much and will be so happy to see that you return to us as soon as possible.

Meeks - It is with terrible sadness that I bid a temporary goodbye to a friend that I will treasure forever.  I pray that you will keep your mind on Jesus Christ - He died to save you and will always be with you, even unto the end of the world.  If you have trusted Christ as your Saviour, He will NEVER leave you.  Count on it.  It's a PROMISE.  There may be times when the Lhasa feels like the end of the world, but Jesus promised to be there with you.  Your friends here cannot go with you, but we will keep you always in our prayers and in our hearts.  In the love of Jesus, God bless you.  We love you.    

Please come back soon and please do everything you can to get in touch with us.  

My sweet Mieka, I agree with what Pat and Nards have said.  I love you so much, little one, and treasure your friendship.  Please remember to always talk to Jesus in your heart, and know that He will never leave you nor forsake you.  You can talk to Him anywhere, anytime, alone or in the middle of a crowd, as He knows the very thoughts and intents of your heart.  He knows your desires, your plans, and your feelings---even your failures---and He loves you with an everlasting love.

I thank you for the time you have shared on CP with all of us, and for the time shared talking to you on Yahoo.  I will continue to pray for you and hope you will be able to contact us from Lhasa.  We will be counting the days until you are safely back with us.  ((((((((hugs)))))))))))  Much love and many prayers go with you, Mi!

My Dear little Sister Mieka, Please remember that I love you as if you were one of my own children, I have enjoyed your posts and your photography so much. I didn't get to know you quite as well as everyone else did, but you always seemed to care about everyone. you will be missed on this site.  i hope you regain internet access soon so that you may join us agian. we will miss you

Everyone has already said what my heart is saying about your leaving.  I will place your name on a paper in my bible and say a special prayer every Sunday at church.  Stay safe, happy and always close to Jesus.  God richly bless you with much love and strength until you come back home, dear Mieka.

It isn't necessary to repeat my IM here - you know how much you will be missed.  God help me to pray for you continually O daughter in our Lord!

Dear Mieka....... It seems as if I have just gotten to know you and now you are going away.   My heart echos the chorus that Pat posted...

Till we meet, till we meet
Till we meet at Jesus' feet
Till we meet, till we meet,
God be with you till we meet again.

That chorus says that if we never meet on earth,  we WILL meet in heaven one day.
First day in heaven Mieka, I will meet you over at your mansion!  Does that sound good to you?!

2 Chron. 16:9    "For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him"  

Remember  "Greater is He (Jesus Christ) that is in you, than he (satan) that is in the world.  1 John 4:4

Also "He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. Phil. 1:6

Mieka,   I will remember you in prayer and ask God to build you up and quiet you with His love.

Deut 33:27   "The Eternal God is your refuge and underneath are the Everlasting Arms

I know that I did not get the chance to really get to know you -before you had to go-but you were one of the first people to welcome me and talk to me when I was feeling a little down-Thank You for sharing a part of you..I hope that you know that we will miss you and that you are loved.

I don't know what happened but, somehow I got lost ...    I would like to copy my post to [size=+2]Dear MIEKA[/size] from NEM if I may:

MI~ If you look in here one more time before you have to leave, I want you to know just how much you have come to mean to me.  I have so enjoyed getting to know you and our chats from time to time (sometimes very late at night when you had trouble sleeping.  )  I will always love you and "keep you in my heart" and look forward to the time when you will once again be here for us all to welcome home!  I will be looking forward to your return and then we will talk about your trip north to visit in Oregon!    

Take care of yourself, my friend....    

All of our friends (yours and mine) have already spoken what is in my heart as well.  I love you, little sister ... Always remember the story of the starfish, okay?  Hurry back to us.

I will miss your cute post her on cp and I will miss chatting with you on yahoo and dpcfanatics.  I loved getting to know you and I can't wait to see you when you get back.

If per chance you have the opportunity to read this farewell message, I have only one piece of Christian advice to give you.

Wherever you go Mieka, "PREACH THE WORD OF GOD TO THE LOST" Please always remember........Jesus Christ is the ONLY son of God, and that He died on the cross for you personally.  That He HAD to rise from the grave, and that He WILL return for you. No Jesus, no salvation.  There is NO life after death without Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone.
