Please pray for my mom.  I am sitting here at the hospital with her so my dad could go home and rest.  She has an infection (they took some skin cancers off of her leg) that has spread through her body.  When they brought her in last night she was incoherent.  She is better today, but having a very difficult time breathing and the leg looks bad.

These infections are so insidious.  I will be praying for your mother and for you and your family at this time of trial. 

Oh Becky I don't know what to say to this, it sounds a rotten situation, don't know what to pray here, will ask the Lord's help in her situation, Michael.

Becky, I'm sitting here in my room and I'll pray for you right now.  I don't know if you are still there in that room but the Lord knows all about this situation.

Becky, I pray that our wonderful Father will guide the doctors' hands and give them wisdom in treating your Mom.   I pray that He will wrap you and all your family in His most wonderful comfort and peace.

Thanks to each of you.  I know that prayer is our first refuge.  Mom is better.  They have a specialist coming in for the wound.  They have ruled out stroke or heart attack - concerns with her being incoherent.  They think the infection had spread throughout her body and caused the situation. Apparently she will be spending the next few days in the hospital.   Thanks again.

Well, this was a quick turn around.  My mom went home today.  It was pretty much decided that the infection in her leg caused the issues - she is much better.  Thanks to each of you for your prayers.
