Well, folks, we had a little excitement in the household over the past three days.  On Thursday, I had a mild heart attack.  After an absolute bizarre ambulance ride to the hospital, lots of testing, a cardio-catheter procedure discovered blockage in two of my arteries (80% and 90%).  All is well and I am at home after having two stents implanted.  While waiting to get checked out today, my wife became aware of a numbing tingle in her left arm and chest pain.  She was promptly wheeled to the ER and was admitted where she is now in a room 4 doors from where I was.  So far they have ruled out heart/stroke but are running their tests.

We live such a mundane life.

Oh Gary.  I am praying.  You will need to get rid of stress.  So will your wife. 

Gary, I'm praying for both you and your wife.  It is always so much more stressful when they don't have an answer.

Hi, guys!

We are both home.  I'm feeling better than I have in a very long time.  Absolutely pain-free.  Marcia will be getting a stress test on Wednesday.  She has been under a tremendous amount of pressure at work and we both feel that the symptoms she is experiencing are stress-related, probably a severe anxiety attack.  The doctors seem to feel that way, too.
