JennyW: Hello Everyone! Just checking in to see if anyone wants to get this group going again! Hope all is well where ever you live! 2024-08-14, 08:21:59

Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Can't imagine the horror, grief and pain these families are going through

Saw this on the news yesterday and it really got to me.  All 5 of the families need prayer, the men (if they are alive) and the captors as well.

A Ridgefield Washington woman whose son was kidnapped in Iraq found new hope in a grisly message from the captors.

Josh Munns, 25, and four other men were kidnapped in Iraq 16 months ago. Recently, someone delivered five severed fingers to the U.S. military in Iraq and DNA testing proved they belong to the hostages.  Jackie Stewart, Munns' mother, hasn't known if her son was alive or dead for more than a year.  Experts told Stewart they can't tell if the fingers were taken when the men were still alive, but she said she's holding out the ultimate hope that her son will come home."If the evidence was not degraded so much that they could get fingerprints and DNA from it ... he's still alive," Stewart said. "And I've never thought he was alive. It's just really hard when you've been doing this so long to keep up faith."

Munns was working for a business named Crescent Security. His mother said officials believe two of the Iraq kidnappers were former Crescent employees.

This is her only child.  Apparently there hasn't been a single message from the captors, no ransom note, no demands, no explanation, absolutely no word from them at all.  I don't know where the other 4 men they have are from but I can't imagine what their families are going through now.  After 16 months they were probably beginning to feel that it was over, they weren't ever going to see the men again and were trying to come to grips with it.  Now, they get this!?

Oh, my goodness, Sara!  How terrible.  I just can't imagine this at all.  Oh, I'll be praying for this dear mother and the other family members involved.

Oh, my!
