I am asking for prayer for our Pastor Jim. He has been seeing the doctor and has another appointment tomorrow. God knows what the problem is but he really needs our prayers at this time. We as a congregation are really concerned about his condition. He has been my pastor for 16 years and has been pastor at our church for 28 years. Please when you pray say a prayer for him. Thank You.

Praying Don...I am sorry and keep us informed.

Don, I am also praying for your pastor this morning.  As Judy and Pat have asked, please keep us informed. 

Brother Jim called me just a few minutes ago and said the doctor was going to put him in the hospital. I knew yesterday at church that is where he needed to be. He said his doctor was trying to keep him out but he needed to go so they can try and figure out exactly what is wrong.

I want to thank everyone that is praying and ask that you please continue. I'll keep you updated.

Father God I lift up this man of God to you and deposit him into your charge, You created his body and you know what  is going on inside this body. I ask you now to wrap him in your loving arms ans give him the healing touch that only you can give.  Heal his body from the top of his head to the soles of his feet. Touch every organ, muscle, bone, sinew, and anything I have forgotten and create it to a brand new condition. I thank you and praise you for your might power, In Jesus name Amen

Continuing to pray!

I talked to Brother Jim again yesterday and he told me the medicine that he needs to take to get rid of fluid is working for and against him. It is causing his blood pressure to drop so they can't give him as much as they need to. Its going to take a long time to get him straightened out unless God steps in. Please continue praying for him and for his doctors.

Father, I pray for this undershepherd of Yours.  I pray You'll give the doctors Your wisdom, and grant that the treatments will be very successful very quickly.  Oh Father, it's good to leave it in Your hands.

I am happy to report that Brother Jim returned home yesterday. Thank you all for your prayers, in 4 days they have gotten rid of 8 liters of fluid that we thought was going to take a long time to get rid of. The doctors thought they were going to have to do other procedures that I am sure would not have not been pleasant.

We have a awesome God that does hear our prayers and I really thank you for praying for him.

Thank you God for hearing these prayers and for acting quickly on them.

Thank You, Father, for using our poor prayers in this way.  Now I pray, Father, that You will use this man mightily in the ministry of Your Word through Jesus Christ our Lord.

There is a song sung in chrches, but not often enough in my opinion.
