Don: Hey Judy, It's been a long time. Hope you are doing well. 2024-12-02, 22:41:41

JennyW: Hello Everyone! Just checking in to see if anyone wants to get this group going again! Hope all is well where ever you live! 2024-08-14, 08:21:59

Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: My husband Don is with the angels.....Our family was able to hold  ourselves together for the last moments.  Juar rhoufhr you might want to know. 2022-04-29, 23:35:15

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Where do I start with my testimony?  I was saved at 16, but didn't really start to live for Jesus until my husband got saved when we were 28 (shame on me). We had been married for about 3 yrs when I decided I was ready for children and we agreed it was time.  5 years later when he got saved we started to pray for children, but so far no luck.  All of this time I made sure we had health ins. Finally we started to have all the infertility tests run to find out why no kids.  I was changing jobs and losing our insurance the last time I went to see my dr.  He gave me a prescription for Clomid (multiple births!!).  Terry (husband) said hold on to that and see what the Lord will do.  This was on May 4, 1994.  I went to my Dr on August 1, 1994 to have my pregnancy confirmed! PTL!!  I have my sonogram with that unfilled prescription as proof of what God can do.

9 months later I had labor induced. Two days later I had my daughter Olivia @ 11:42pm.  11:44pm I don't remember anything until 10:00am the next morning.  My blood pressure bottomed out and I was hemmorage (sp) out.  My husband said I called him over to tell him something (last rites).  Anyway, I'm still here. God took care of me when I wasn't able to.  And for that I will always be grateful.  I had a church full of people praying for me then.  My doctor said no more children for at least 18 months.  2 weeks after Olivia's 1st birthday I found out I was pregnant again!  We were having revival that week so I cornered my husband in the nursery to tell him!  He was shocked and excited but concerned for me (could you blame him).  Immediately he asked the church to pray for me and the baby, that this pregnancy would be alright. They annoited me with oil and laid hands on me and prayed for us.

9 months later, I waited until it was time to go instead of inducing labor, and arrived at the hospital at 6:15pm and had my son Andy by 8:25pm.  I told my doctor now THAT was how to have a baby, and I could have 10 more like that.  God answered our prayer that day and we still praise Him for that.

I tried and prayed for almost 10 years for a child and within 2 years He blessed me with 2.  Praise God for all He does for me.  Olivia is now 9 and Andy will be 8 next month.  Would love to have more but that is in God's hands.

I realize that now I have a greater understanding for others that  have fertility problems and try to remember to pray for those who are having trouble conceiving.

Sorry this is so long but isn't God good!!!!!!!!

Choose you this day who you will serve; As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Joshua 24:15

Isa 41:10     Fear thou not; for I [am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I [am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
