JennyW: Hello Everyone! Just checking in to see if anyone wants to get this group going again! Hope all is well where ever you live! 2024-08-14, 08:21:59

Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Trish, get a good night's sleep tonight, so you won't snore in church in the morning! ;) ;D ;D  And congratulations to you and Jacob!  You will keep us posted on that, won't you? :)

Pat, I fixed the photo in the County Fair Days thread, so now you can see Mark with the Ranchero. :-[ :-*

Hello everyone.  Just thought I'd let you know that our new member, Anne Coughey, will not likely see any posts until tomorrow at least.  She and her husband are camping with my parents.  We spent a lovely day out there with them today.  Very enjoyable scenery, lovely walks, and relaxing chats by the fire.  I see everyone has been keeping busy.

Hi Jane, good to see you.

Janet, Abby sounds like a sweetheart.  My sister cried when I left Weds. night.  We had gone to see them at the campsite, and she didn't want me to leave.  Kids are great confidence boosters!

Hello Jeanne, how have you been lately?

I'm sure I've missed tons of people, but I'm so sleepy I'm not even thinking, plus I have a lot of stuff to do before I can get some sleep.  God be with you all.  Jen.

I just lost my post Drat!!

I have been here several times today without posting. So I thought I should post this time.

Trish so good to see you posting again. congratulations on your engagement. How are you feeling?

Yes. Where is Mieka?? and Papa John??

Pat I emailed you and my server sent it to your Hotmail address so I hope you get it.

I have had some very loving emails today from Jenny and Ruth Ann and a phone  call from Janet. what a wonderful bunch my family here are. I love you all.

Yesterday at the Indain Farmers Market I bought a purple Bell Pepper, among other things and they gave each of us a huge Zucchini. If my oven worked I would make Etta Sue's recipe for Zucchini Bread. I saw another recipe similar to hers that also added chocolate chips. MMM Chocolate, sounds so good.

I've been over next door to visit with Gilbert and the kids, Sarah is working tonight. School starts Monday for Sarah and the Kids. Please keep Sarah in prayer as she is going to try to keep working  her regual hours, go to school and tend the family all at the same time. That's kind of hard to do.

Well Good night all, see you tomorrow.

I LOVE YOU

Hello everyone.  It surely is good to see our travelers are back now, safe and sound.  You were missed greatly, for sure!  Pat, I hope you have gotten some rest, you must have been wiped out, after all that driving.  Etta Sue, too!  If I did that kind of driving I would be a week getting over it!  But then I am a lot older than either of you.

We have had a busy week at our house, I got here a couple of times and just read a bit.

Earl was feeling so ill taking that sulfa drug that he quit it last week.  It was a couple of days before he got it out of his system, and then he began feeling better.

Jane, I am so sorry about your fire.  How did that begin, was it an electrical short or something?  So thankful you were not hurt.  Sometimes we have to wonder, "Lord, what is it you want me to learn from this experience?"

Someone asked about Papa John.  I have a feeling he is looking at the bash photos over at S/N.  Oh my, aren't they good?

I am glad to hear that Jerry is doing well, and so much improvement has taken place.  Thanks, Etta Sue for the report.

It is getting late so I better go now.  Everyone have a wonderful Lord's Day tomorrow!  How I love to go to His house for worship.

Love, Janice
This is the day the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it.   Ps 118:24

I've so enjoyed today in New Every Morning right from the start with Iain's wonderful devotion and on down to the end with Janice's post.

It's so good to be home among friends in here.

Now, it's time to close the door on today's discussion and open the door on our Lord's Day devotion.
