JennyW: Hello Everyone! Just checking in to see if anyone wants to get this group going again! Hope all is well where ever you live! 2024-08-14, 08:21:59

Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Hi everyone.  It was a rainy night and is going to be a cold and rainy day today.  It was 41 degrees when I went to coffee.  I left a bit early so I could stop at Kroger's to get a couple of items for this afternoon when we will entertain a couple from our church who are coming to play cards.  This is something we haven't done much of for a long time as Pat hasn't felt up to it but she is looking forward to it today.  We will play for a couple of hours and then go out for dinner together.  That will be it for today.

Etta Sue, you would have missed out on the fun of finding that application if you had gone to the church website first.  :)  I am not familiar with that file extension.  It sounds like you had a busy but enjoyable day yesterday.

Betty, your family and you and your husband have certainly had a rough time with illnesses and the damage from the ice.  I am sure you have hope for a better year this year, as do we, although so far it hasn't started but I know that God has provided and will continue to do so.

Marilyn, I have never heard of a rehoming fee but it makes a lot of sense.

Jeanne, I feel the same way of needing a nap sometimes when I read all that others are doing.  :)  I do well to do one or two things a day of any consequence.

Janet, you all sure do have some nice events to attend in your area.  Hope you can check in during your trip and that you have a marvelous time and see some wonderful sights.

Judy, hope you and John don't overdo it on your first weekend outside this season.  Glad you are having some nice weather.  There sure won't be any outside work done around here this weekend with all the rain.

My DIL, Charlene, and one of the twins, Audrey, and g-daughter, Makena, are in Michigan baby sitting  with the other twin, Carol's, kids (g-kids) so that Carol and Scott can attend his sister's college graduation from Ohio State University.  So...Tony is home alone.  He called me last night while sitting in his woods by a bonfire of an evergreen tree he cut down yesterday.  We talked 2 hours!!  Until 11pm.  Well, that is past my bedtime.

I slept late today even to my standards.  Let's just say there wasn't much of morning left!  I had cleaned the litter boxes and was headed to the kitchen when the doorbell rang.  Tony!  He brought his camera.  I showed him what HDR photos were on my PSPX5.  Now that he knows he can take bracketed photos, he wants to get software to make HDR photos.  Mud to everyone but Marilyn...probably!

Kitty just called.  I am going to her house and then to Pendleton for late lunch and get some softener salt...then she is going to help me put it in the basement!

Larry the Re-Homing fee, is the cost of the adoption. Not realy like selling the dog but the monety goes for the cost  of the surgery and medications, immunizations etc that the dog has received be for being adopted.

Since our church is having Saturday night services now, as well as Sunday mornings, we decided to attend tonight.  So went to pick up Beth and went to church, then later went to eat with friends.  Nice evening.

I just came to check in here, will go now, see you in the morning, since we won't be going to church.  He preaches the same sermon for both services.

G'night!

Wow!  Quiet in the neighborhood since I posted two posts ago!

I needed rock salt for the water softener so I went to get Kitty to go to Pendleton and Kitty was coming back here to help me get the salt to the basement.  When I got to Kitty's she had 4 bags on her front porch.  Bob gets them cheaper at Kokomo, north of here about an hour and is going this weekend to get more.  So I paid her for the 4 bags after we ate at Viejo something that means Large Ranch.  I drove by her house on the way home, we got the salt to the basement and I took her back home.

She asked me to come in and critique her clown.  Kitty is a painter and she was painting a clown in oil to take to the State Fair.  She likes my critiques since I tell her the truth!  Wow!  She is really good on this one!

Then home for an evening of relaxation.

Today I run the projector system at church so I am ready to leave.
