Ha Ha Ha... ;D
You are right Liz she probably would be mad at you if shre knew you posted these. haha ;D
Hilarious!
Liz....you naughty girl!!!
Is Wendy speaking to you?
Poor Squeek, I never cut my cats' claws....any of them...did I miss something?
Jenny ;)
Why is the cat cutting your claws ?? :P
HAHAHA! Great photos, Liz!
I'm so glad that Lauren doesn't mind my cutting hers. I'm so glad as I really don't want to have her de-clawed and this way she doesn't claw my furniture. She's so good using a scratching post and she uses several times a day.
Squeek is also great about using the scratching posts and I put a little catnip on mine to encourage same....Her claws can really hurt if she does that kneading thing or holds on tight. So rather than 'miss' skin, it is best to keep them short. Why do cats do that kneading thing...anyone know??
I had once been told that the "kneading" was a sign of contentment and trust.
Ali & Inky knead my afghans, comforters on beds and anything soft. I guess I am soft because Inky will knead my upper arms if they are out from under the covers at night. They always purrrrrrrr at that time so I am sure it is a sign of contentment and trust....similar to a cow chewing its .... oops! What is it? Cud? No, cows actually bring food back up to chew again. Cats don't do that!!!! But I know that Ali and Inky's eyes have the look of contentment while purring and kneading.
Ramble on, Etta Sue.....
Kittens do the same 'kneading' to its mommy when nursing.
Oh, okay, thanks. I still don't like it.....!
:)
Hahahaha...that poor cat. ;)
