This little one is called Miss kitty. She likes to come around my grandparents' house and my grandpa (we call him Bappa) gives her peanuts.
She can crawl on her belly!







Does anyone know what kind she is? I don't. I wonder if it's even a female!

Gat Bappa to tell you if she is a female.  I expect he will know.

I was expecting to see a cat!!!  How surprising to see a squirrel.  I think she is a red squirrel.  Can Bappa hand feed her?

Actually, Bappa does say that anyone can hand her peanuts if they have patience.

Nice shots.   I like the bright eye especially.    In Texas, red squirrels will often spread eagle on stone or concrete in shady areas to cool off.    I wonder if that's what this one is doing.
