Oftentimes when I am trying to photograph uncommon birds in the woods at our home, the Nuthatches will fly towards me and will sometimes land nearby on a tree I am leaning against.  However, when I was trying to get pictures of the Crossbills, a Black Capped Chickadee not only flew towards me, he actually landed on my camera lens as I was focusing on my target birds.  Perched on the lens hoods for maybe 20 seconds, he peered into the lens, then looked at me, and after determining I didn't offer him anything he needed, he took to wing and left.  I guess I need to start carrying two cameras, one for a perch and another to take the picture!  This isn't the same bird, just the same specie taken a little later.

Boldness is an attribute Christians should seek.  "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9

Wow what a wonderful experience.  Perhaps carry a few seeds with you for these bold ones.  That second camera is a must I think!
